1. Services Provided

Quran Bil Tajweed Academy provides live, online 1-on-1 Quran, Tajweed, and Islamic studies classes for kids, women, and adults globally. All classes are conducted via virtual learning tools (such as Zoom or Skype) by qualified teachers.

2. Enrollment and Scheduling

  • Free Trial: We offer a free trial class to new students to evaluate our teaching.
  • Attendance: Students are expected to be online and ready at their scheduled class time.
  • Rescheduling: If a student needs to miss a class, they must notify the academy or their teacher at least 4 to 6 hours in advance to qualify for a makeup lesson. Makeup classes are subject to teacher availability.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Tuition fees are paid in advance on a monthly billing cycle.
  • All fees must be paid on time to secure your regular class time slots with your assigned teacher.
  • Payments are non-refundable for missed classes if no advance cancellation notice was given.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and professional Islamic learning environment.

  • Students and teachers must interact with mutual respect and proper manners (Adab).
  • Parents are responsible for ensuring young children are seated and ready for their online sessions.
  • Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misuse of our virtual classrooms will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All original curriculum designs, digital learning assets, logos, and promotional media displayed on this website are the property of Quran Bil Tajweed Academy. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our material for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted, high-quality virtual classes, Quran Bil Tajweed Academy is not liable for technical interruptions caused by local internet outages, third-party software failures (like Zoom), or electricity disruptions on the student’s end.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time to reflect updates in our academy policies. Continued use of our platform and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
